What are the characteristics of pneumatic three-way ball valves suitable for?

Since pneumatic tee ball valves usually use rubber, nylon and PTFE as valve seat sealing ring materials, their use temperature is limited by valve seat sealing ring materials. The shutdown of the ball valve is accomplished by pressing each other between the plastic valve seats under the action of the medium (float ball valve). Under the action of appropriate contact pressure, the valve seat seal ring undergoes elastic deformation in some areas. This deformation can compensate for the manufacturing accuracy and surface roughness of the ball to maintain the sealing performance of the ball valve.

  

Since the valve seat sealing ring of pneumatic three-way ball valves is usually made of plastic, the fire resistance and fire resistance of the ball valve should be considered in the selection of the structure and performance of the ball valve. For example, in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy and other departments, ball valves should be used in equipment and pipeline systems for flammable and explosive media, and fire resistance should be paid more attention to fire resistance and fire resistance.

(7) The application range is wide, with diameters ranging from small to several millimeters, large to several meters, and from high vacuum to high pressure.

Pneumatic three-way ball valve suitable for occasions:

Pneumatic three-way ball valves are also suitable for pipeline systems with light structures, low pressure cutoff (small pressure difference), corrosive media. Ball valves can also be used in low temperature (deep cooling) devices and pipeline systems. In the oxygen pipeline system of the metallurgical industry, ball valves that have been strictly degreased must be used. When the main pipelines in the oil pipeline and gas pipeline need to be buried underground, a full-diameter welded ball valve is required. When adjusting performance is required, a ball valve with a V-shaped opening structure must be selected. In petroleum, petrochemical, chemical, electricity, and urban construction, metal-to-metal sealed ball valves can be used in pipeline systems with working temperatures above 200 degrees. Pneumatic three-way ball valves are mainly used in chemical industry, petroleum, light textile, electricity, food, refrigeration, aviation, aerospace, papermaking and other industrial fields.
