Sealing performance of electric fixed ball valve and floating ball valve

Electric fixed ball valves are mainly used in high-pressure and large-diameter ball valves. It is assembled using a fixed ball valve body and our company's HV electric actuator. Depending on the installation of the valve seat sealing ring, the fixed ball valve has two structures: the valve seat sealed in front of the ball and the valve seat sealed in back of the ball. The valve seat designed with many years of experience in ball valve manufacturing ensures the valve seal, low friction coefficient, small operating torque, a variety of valve seat materials, and a wide range of adaptability. It is suitable for long-distance pipelines and general industrial pipelines. Its strength, safety, harsh environmental resistance, etc. are comprehensively considered during design and are suitable for a variety of corrosive and non-corrosive media.

The electric fixed ball valve body adopts a high platform structure, and is standard for ISO5211 connection. At the same time, the sealing surface adopts a bidirectional metal movable sealing structure, which has automatic compensation and self-cleaning functions, good sealing performance, not easy to wear and better high temperature resistance. The valve core adopts the full diameter or shrinkage design of the O-shaped structure, and has low flow resistance. And a preload spring is added, so that the ball valve has automatic pressure relief function.

The floating ball valve has a small volume, light weight, less material consumption, small installation size, and small driving torque, which is easy to operate and easy to quickly open and close. The sphere can be rotated freely in the seat seal ring by means of the valve stem. When opened, the ball hole is aligned with the pipe hole diameter to reduce the resistance to the working medium of the pipe. When the valve stem rotates by 1/4, the ball hole is perpendicular to the valve channel, and the preload force and medium pressure applied to the two valve seat sealing rings press the ball tightly on the valve seat sealing ring at the outlet end, thereby sealing the valve.
